Howard Leon Douglas, 88, of Clinton, Ind., formerly of Hindsboro, Ill., passed away at 11:30 a.m. Friday (Dec. 4, 2009) at his home in Clinton.

He was born on Sept. 21, 1921 in Hindsboro, Il. to Ralph and Ethel Marie Hanks Douglas....
